The BEST Program individually matches student interns with your business based on your specific desired qualifications.
The program is designed for students to complete a paid internship. These hours are flexible based on your needs.
The City of Burbank covers Workers Compensation payroll taxes and all personnel paperwork.
Students are hired by the City of Burbank and are City employees.
We will invoice your business monthly for the actual hours your student worked, including a small 6% administrative cost, at $7.90 per hour!.
