*Monitor the work of kitchen staff
*Participate in the preparation of foods as required
*Monitor work schedule hours and adjust to stat within limits
*Maintain instruction and training of employees in methods, techniques, and procedures in food preparation as per Company recipes
*Assure proper labeling and storage of foods, and supplies
*Coordinate unit activities with other department supervisors and managers as required.
*Evaluate the quality of raw food and finished products to ensure that standards are met, with attention to quality and presentation
*Inspect equipment and facilities to assure proper use, maintenance, and sanitation
*Maintain and implements maximum standards of HACCP sanitation and food safety
*Inspect production areas for safety and quality concerns and make corrections
*Make routine quality checks of products being produced
*Insure the Safety and well being of tema members
*Monitor Safety practices when operating hand utensils
*Maintain work areas sanitary and in clean and orderly condition
*Report unsafe acts and or areas to upper management
*Maintain cooler and materials incooler in an orderly manner
*Speaks and Write procifient in English and Spanish
*Works well under pressure and is a team player
