Volunteers direct passengers to check-in, food/news/gift concessions, baggage pickup, rental cars, taxicabs, shuttles or public transportation. Airport Volunteers will roam the check-in lines offering assistance and tips on how to prepare for a speedier security check-in. Hours of shift are 6:00am - 8:00am one day per week.
Qualifications: Friendly, outgoing and personable individuals with a willingness to help passengers find their way and answer their questions are highly desirable. Must be willing to complete one two-hour training class.
